Weight filling synchrobloc in ULTRA CLEAN edition with isolated filling and capping clean chamber, overpressure sterile air supply, bottle sterilization section utilizing ozonized water or hydrogen peroxide.
Sterile air creation device using HEPA filters.
The total control over the dosed weight and the caps closing is secured by a rejection device that diverts non-confirming product to a parallel conveyor.
A completely automatic CIP and SIP washing system utilizing rotary spray balls, jet nozzlesand return pumps guarantees immaculate hygiene and sterilization of the entire product path and the active chamber of the machine.
Lead off and recirculation of the washing solutions is guaranteed.
Assured lead-off of the cleaning solutions back to the CIP system.
